On June 5, 2025, GEECS hosted a hands-on AI PC Workshop in collaboration with AMD.
During the event, students had the opportunity to:
- Build and configure AI-enabled PCs
- Learn about AMD’s cutting-edge AI hardware platforms
- Run real AI workloads and performance tests
- Interact directly with AMD engineers and EECS faculty
The event featured live demos, team activities, and technical discussions on the evolving role of AI in personal computing and research environments.
